Nice and bright… bring a sleeping mask. Island living charm Positive: Downtown location near the docks. Good food in the area. Host was responsive when checking in. Friendly. Good value compared to hotel and motel room price. Charm of Kodiak Island living. Negative: Lots of homeless people hanging out in the area. No black out curtains in the land of the midnight sun? Made it hard to sleep. No fan - but was offered one. One window didn’t have a screen. No AC which was fine but could hear the people fighting or screaming. Broken refrigerator door handle.

Very nice with excellent location in heart of town of Kodiak. Positive: Very clean and spacious with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable bath with very nice shower. Negative: The dryer didn't spin the clothes dry.

Positive: Spacious, comfortable Negative: The heat didn't work, but the spce heaters kept us comfortable. We are thankful for those with winter still hanging on.

Great apartment Positive: I loved that the property was located in the center of downtown by all the stores, restaurants, and bars. It was close to the harbor as well. It was quiet. The owner was amazing and responded quickly if we had a question. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. Negative: No complaints!

Convenient downtown location. Breakfast not provided. Positive: The room is as advertised. Large with well appointed kitchenette, comfortable bed, good quality WiFi and everything else needed (except an umbrella). It’s located on the central town square. The room is on the second floor above the restaurant. Negative: Reservation included breakfast but the owner/manager did only provide it for the first of four mornings. Also, he runs the restaurant on the first floor which opens at 10am. Listing is inconsistent with service provided. The noise from the restaurant can be loud until it closes.
